estimating software that has done away with complicated
calculations and replaced them with high-speed
interactive calculators for drywall, insulation,
acoustical panels, paint, and tile. These estimator
modules are fast, accurate, easy to use, and complete.
They were designed for ease-of-use and have a Question
and Answer system to guide you. The Do-It-Yourselfer
simply inputs project information like materials,
dimensions, and tools with a simple click of the mouse.
The estimator then delivers a report that gives material
quantities and budget costs, tool requirements and
costs, and computer generated graphic drawings with
cutting instructions and material placement for walls

Home Renovator Suite includes options for
manufacturer or contractor estimation and installation
systems, drywall materials classified by size and type
for walls and ceilings, corner bead, taping compounds,
and automatic estimations for nail or screw size and
type. Home Renovator Suite automatically calculates all
materials with exclusions for openings, necessary
drywall returns for windows and doors, and any
obstructions. Your report provides a complete materials
list with a budgeted cost and waste calculations, a list
of required tools, links to the tool suppliers, and
detailed drawings complete with cutting instructions and

| Paint Estimator
Home Renovator Suite is simply the most exacting paint estimating tool
available. The user can select a single paint or stain color for an entire room
or specify different colors for each of the walls and ceiling. Trim and doors
can be covered in a single color or with the base, casing, doors, and moldings
on each wall in different colors of paint or stain. After the user specifies the
wall surface, windows, doors, and trim, the type and amount of paint and
required tools are calculated automatically. Your report provides a complete

| Batt Insulation Estimator
Home Renovator Suite compares materials,
lengths, and thicknesses for various wall and ceiling
types. The material width and thickness is calculated
automatically according to stud type, spacing, and
cavity depth. Complete calculations are shown with
exclusions for exterior openings. Friction fit
insulation is calculated to show proper overlap for all
plastic, tape for joints, caulking for outlets, and
more. Your report provides a complete materials list, a
budgeted cost, calculations for waste, a required tools
list, links to tool suppliers, and detailed drawings
with cutting instructions and placement specifications

| Acoustical Tile Estimator
Home Renovator Suite allows the user to answer
very simple questions about product choice, such as tile
size and type, room dimensions, hanging depth, and more.
Your report provides a list of all necessary materials,
waste calculations, and a separate graphic drawing with
cutting specifications for wall angle molding, main
tees, cross tees (4’0” & 2’0”), and
acoustical tile. Layout drawings show placement of all
pieces, a complete materials list, and a budget cost.
